Before we build: a simple place to start.
A short checklist to help you get ready for your website project.
You don’t need a folder full of finished content to start a website conversation. A little clarity about your business is enough to get moving.
Start with one goal.
What would you most like a visitor to do? Call you, request a quote, book an appointment, or learn about a service? Choosing a main goal helps shape the pages and the path through them.
Gather the basics.
- Your business name, logo, and any brand colors you already use.
- A clear list of your services and the areas you serve.
- The phone number and contact details customers should use.
- Photos you own or have permission to publish.
- Existing domain information and any booking tools you use.
Think about your customers’ questions.
What do people ask before working with you? Write down a few of those questions. The answers often become some of the most useful content on your website.
Bring what you have.
Missing a logo? Unsure about the wording? That’s part of the conversation. We’ll help you work out what’s needed and which package fits the project.
