Which package is right for me?
Foundation is a focused starting point for a business that needs a single page. Standard gives you up to
five pages, a custom logo, booking integrations, and more support. Catalyst adds deeper AI search work,
analytics, enhanced performance, and a custom cost calculator. We can talk through your goals before you
choose.
How long does it take to launch?
Foundation sites usually go live in about a week, and Standard and Catalyst sites in 2 to 3 weeks, since
the logo, brand kit, and booking setup take a little longer. Every project is also covered by our launch
guarantee: if we don’t launch within 30 days of kickoff, that month of service is free. The 30-day clock
pauses while we’re waiting on content, access, or feedback from you. The full details are in our

Do you write my website copy, or do I need to provide it?
We do most of the heavy lifting. We start with what’s already public about your business and draft as
much of the copy as we can. Then we review it with you, add your feedback, and fill in anything only you
would know. You never start from a blank page.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. We regularly take over and rebuild existing websites. You don’t need to start from scratch: we
rebuild it to the same standard as a new site, with search structure built in from day one. If you only

How does the Foundation offer work?
The Foundation setup fee is $0 through March 31, 2027, and $199 after that. The $59 monthly fee starts
immediately. Canceling before month 6 applies a $299 build fee.
When do the monthly fees begin?
Foundation monthly billing starts immediately. Standard and Catalyst monthly billing starts 30 days
after launch. Each package includes hosting, security, and the level of maintenance shown above.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
All plans are month-to-month, with no long-term contract. If you cancel, a one-time $75 offboarding fee
covers the handover. The one exception is Foundation: because it has no upfront build cost, canceling in
the first 6 months applies the $299 build fee instead. After month 6, the standard $75 fee applies.
Do I own my website?
Yes, you own your website. We host and manage it while you’re an active customer. If you ever cancel, we
hand it over to you in a clean transition, so you keep everything you’ve built.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. You can move up to a larger package at any time as your business grows. You’re not locked into the
package you start with.
What do SEO, AEO, and GEO mean?
SEO prepares your website for search engines. AEO organizes information so answer engines can understand
and cite it. GEO focuses on the content and signals used in AI-generated answers. These services support
discoverability; rankings and AI mentions are not guaranteed.
Can you connect my booking tools?
Standard and Catalyst include booking integrations, such as Booksy, Jobber, or Housecall Pro. We’ll
confirm your platform, account requirements, and any third-party subscription costs when we discuss the
project.
Do you offer professional email?
Yes. Standard and Catalyst include email hosting on your own domain, so you can send from an
@yourdomain.com address. It’s part of the monthly plan, with no separate email bill or setup fee.
What happens after my website launches?
Your package continues with hosting, security, and ongoing edits. Foundation includes 1 update request
per month. Standard includes 3 update requests per month and a quarterly strategy call. Catalyst
includes 5 minor edits per month, a quarterly strategy call, and a quarterly AI content refresh.
